Join Kelly for a fully guided slow-flowing yoga practice that begins with grounded, resting postures, engages the muscles and lifts the heart rate once the body is warm and ends with relaxing yin postures once the mind is calm with our practice. This class is set to music and is meant to be light and fun, taking inspiration from this lush middle of summer season in Michigan. All levels welcome. Participate virtually or in person.
