Spring Thaw: Yin + Yang Yoga [Virtual]

Join Kelly for a fun (yang) and relaxing (yin) Spring Thaw! Music will set the tone for this 60-minute blended yoga class. Yin and yang are opposites and complement each other. Our yang yoga will include a flowing sequence to increase the heart rate and body temperature, tailored for the beginning of spring, right around the corner, including standing balancing postures. Our yin yoga will bring us down to the mat, ending our practice with a seated and resting sequence, to cool down and let the soothing effects of the practice sink in a little deeper. This is the perfect combination for saying good-bye to winter and welcoming in a new season, more sunshine and green buds popping up. No prior experience necessary for this practice.
