Yin Yang Yoga [Virtual]

As the seasons change, we change. Our schedules fluxuate, our children, families and friends grow and shift. The world turns and our communities and cultures continue to evolve. Especially in Autumn, a time of letting go, it’s helpful to stand back, recognize all that has changed, and reflect. Change often leaves us feeling vulnerable and exposed. This yoga practice will provide the space to feel stable again. The breath, postures and mindfulness practice of yoga serve as a ritual to locate ourselves within our bodies and environments once again. A ritual is a specific sequence or series of actions preformed in a repeated way with an established intent. Rituals sooth and assist with surrender through transition. This yoga session will be fully guided (1 hr.) and crafted for this time of year. All levels welcome.
Mask + Unmask Meditation [Virtual]

Join Kelly for a 30 min. meditation inspired by Halloween! After some relaxing breathwork, the concept of masking and unmasking will be explored. It’s fun to dress up, put a mask on and experience what it’s like to be someone else. We will play with this concept. Everyday masking takes a toll on our energy. We will visualize unmasking and revealing our authentic selves with love and acceptance. This meditation is meant to be fun, light and uplifting. No experience necessary.
